Sending password reset emails

You can send a password reset email to a user only if they have a verified email on record.

  • Open the side menu and select Administration. The USER ADMINISTRATION screen appears.
  • Find the user account.
  • In the Action column, select Edit.

    The Edit User dialog appears.

  • Select the plus (+) sign to expand the User Details section.
  • If the Send Password Reset Email button is enabled, select it to automatically trigger the system to send a password reset email to the user.
  • If the reset email button is not enabled, view information in the Email Address field for details as follows:
  • None: indicates the user has not signed in to the application and provided an email address.
  • Email address without check mark: indicates the user has signed in to the application and entered an email address, but has not verified their email address.
  • Email address with green check mark: indicates the user has a verified email address on record.
  • Close the Edit User dialog.
