Printing a Subset
For products that use decision-tree format, you can print the entire contents of a subset. For Q&A products, you can generate clinical scenarios for a selected recommendation and then print the results.
Printing a subset enables you to print the entire contents of a subset, including InterQual® notes.
ⓘ Note: Applies to InterQual® LOC: (except Home Care Q & A and Outpatient Rehabilitation & Chiropractic); InterQual® Behavioral Health, except BH: Behavioral Health Services; and InterQual® CP: Retrospective Monitoring and CP: Specialty Referral products.

- Use the controls in the PDF to save and/or print the PDF.
To print a Q&A subset, you generate a list of clinical scenarios for a specific procedure, imaging study, or other service by choosing a recommendation for a subset you select. The results show how many clinical scenarios exist for the service, which you can then view and print. To make the results more specific to your need, you can reduce (or filter) the list of clinical scenarios by answering medical review questions. Procedures Criteria indicate the recommended setting (inpatient or outpatient) and, where available, InterQual® notes are also included.
ⓘ Note: Applies to InterQual® LOC: Home Care Q&A and LOC: Outpatient Rehabilitation & Chiropractic; BH: Behavioral Health Services; InterQual®CP: Durable Medical Equipment, CP: Imaging, CP: Molecular Diagnostics, CP: Procedures, and CP: Specialty Rx (Oncology and Non-Oncology) products; all Medicare Content Navigator products; The ASAM Criteria® Navigator1 product; and the Concert Genetics Navigator product.
