Edit Your Profile Information

ⓘ  Note: If you use a One Healthcare ID account to sign in to the application, then use the self-service tools within One Healthcare ID to manage your account.

By default, the name (first and last name) associated with your sign in information appears on the home page. You can edit the name and email address from the home page. If you change your email, you must verify the new email address.

Change your name or email address

  • On the home screen, click Edit Personal Information.

    The Edit Your Information dialog box appears.

  • Change any of the following:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Verified Email
  • Click SAVE.
  • If you changed the email address, you must verify the new one.

Verify the email address

Whenever you change an email address, a verification email is sent to that address.

  • In the verification email (from sender: noreply-interqual@changehealthcare.com), click the link within 5 days from the date it was sent.

    The email verification screen appears.

  • If you are not already logged in to the application, you must first log in before continuing.

    One of the following will occur:

  • If the verification process is successful, a message appears letting you know that your email was successfully verified. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue.
  • If the verification process fails, a message appears letting you know there was an issue with verifying the email you entered. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue. You will be prompted to enter an email address next time you log in to the application.
